Job Description

Fruit from a table grape packhouse near Kimberley ends up on shelves overseas, packed by your hands. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

Home base is a table grape packhouse on the Kimberley side of Northern Cape.

What you'll actually do

Sort fruit by size, colour and blemish on the packing line
Check fruit samples and record quality results on the QC sheet
Stack empty cartons and punnets ready for the next run
Follow food safety rules like hand washing and no jewellery
Pack cartons to the export pattern and weight

You'll need

Able to stand at a line for long shifts
Valid ID or permit
Available for the full packing season including Saturdays
Follows hygiene rules at all times
