Job Description

This vehicle finance collections floor in Pretoria East needs a calm negotiator who can hear "no" without giving up. Someone who likes a bit of variety, but also likes doing things the right way, will enjoy this.

You'll report in Pretoria East. Relocation is not covered for this one.

What your day looks like

Keep calls within the National Credit Act and the Debt Collectors Act rules.
Update debtor contact details from tracing searches.
Answer disputes about balances, interest and fees with a printed statement.
Negotiate payment arrangements and set up DebiCheck mandates.
Track broken promises-to-pay and follow up within 48 hours.
Hand accounts over for legal action once internal steps are exhausted.

What you need

Matric
Clear credit and criminal record
Target-driven and comfortable with commission
Registered, or willing to register, with the Council for Debt Collectors
