Job Description

Every parcel scanned, every drop confirmed: that is the job at an e-commerce delivery hub in Pinetown. It suits someone who likes knowing exactly what a good day's work looks like.

Home base is an e-commerce delivery hub on the Pinetown side of KwaZulu-Natal. Start date: as soon as possible for the right person.

What your day looks like

Keep your vehicle or bike clean and report faults
Collect spares and parts from suppliers and bring them to the workshop
Scan parcels on delivery and take a photo or signature
Return undelivered parcels to the depot with a reason code
Phone customers when the address is hard to find

Must-haves

Smartphone and comfortable using delivery apps
Good sense of direction and map reading
Able to work Saturdays
Valid Code 8 (B) licence, or A licence for motorbike roles
Polite with customers at the door

Nice if you have

Knowledge of the city's industrial areas
Your own reliable bakkie or bike for owner-driver contracts
