You'll help a primary health care clinic dispensary in Cape Town CBD dispense scripts, manage stock and advise patients at the counter. It suits someone who likes knowing exactly what a good day's work looks like.

The site is in Cape Town CBD; early starts mean public transport timing matters, so check your route before applying. Most weeks are 45 hours, in line with the BCEA.

• Do cycle counts and flag stock discrepancies to the responsible pharmacist
• Process medical aid claims and fix rejections before the patient leaves
• Record cold-chain fridge temperatures twice a day
• Explain dosage, storage and side effects to patients in plain language
• Help customers choose over-the-counter and front-shop products

• Understanding of medical aid claim codes and PMB chronic rules
• Matric with Maths or Maths Literacy
• Working knowledge of a dispensing system such as Unisolv, Proscript or Healthbridge-linked software
• Friendly and clear at a busy counter
