Customer Service Consultant (Cellular Store)

Customers bring their problems to your counter at a mall cellular store in Kariega, and leave with answers. If you like clear targets and knowing where you stand, this is for you.

• Update customer details and file signed forms for audit.
• Upsell contract upgrades, accessories or cover when it fits the customer.
• Log complaints and pass them to the store or branch manager.
• Take payments, balance your till and bank cash at close.
• Book repairs and warranty claims and give customers a reference number.

• Retail hours, including Saturdays, Sundays and month-end
• Accurate with cash and paperwork
• Retail or customer service experience of at least a year
• You can stay polite with a long queue watching

• Speaking the main local language of your area
• A Customer Service NQF certificate
• Medical scheme or insurance product knowledge
