Customer Service Consultant (Cellular Store)

Customers bring their problems to your counter at a mall cellular store in Pretoria West, and leave with answers. Someone who likes a bit of variety, but also likes doing things the right way, will enjoy this.

• Take payments, balance your till and bank cash at close.

• Presentable and approachable with all kinds of customers
• Retail or customer service experience of at least a year
• Good on a computer and point-of-sale system
• Accurate with cash and paperwork
• You can stay polite with a long queue watching

• Medical scheme or insurance product knowledge
• Speaking the main local language of your area
