Customer Service Consultant (Cellular Store) – Permanent

You'll help walk-in customers at a department store service desk in Rosslyn, face to face, all day. It's the kind of job where doing the basics well every day gets you noticed.

You'll report in Rosslyn. Relocation is not covered for this one. Weekend work is on a roster, so you won't be on every weekend.

• Book repairs and warranty claims and give customers a reference number.
• Do SIM swaps and RICA registrations with proper ID checks.
• Greet customers, find out what they need and manage the queue ticket system.
• Log complaints and pass them to the store or branch manager.
• Update customer details and file signed forms for audit.

• Presentable and approachable with all kinds of customers
• Retail hours, including Saturdays, Sundays and month-end
• Good on a computer and point-of-sale system
• Matric (Grade 12) certificate
• You can stay polite with a long queue watching

• RICA and cellular product knowledge
• Medical scheme or insurance product knowledge
• Speaking the main local language of your area
