Customer Service Consultant (Cellular Store) – Fixed-Term

Customers bring their problems to your counter at a mall cellular store in Sandton, and leave with answers. If you learn fast and don't mind being shown things twice, you'll settle in within a few weeks.

• Log complaints and pass them to the store or branch manager.
• Take payments, balance your till and bank cash at close.
• Track parcels, reissue waybills and arrange redelivery at the counter.
• Greet customers, find out what they need and manage the queue ticket system.
• Update customer details and file signed forms for audit.

• Matric (Grade 12) certificate
