Job Description

Customers bring their problems to your counter at a mall cellular store in Vanderbijlpark, and leave with answers. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

You'll report in Vanderbijlpark. Relocation is not covered for this one. Hours are mostly Monday to Friday, with the odd Saturday in busy months.

The work, day to day

Call customers when repairs or orders are ready to collect.
Log complaints and pass them to the store or branch manager.
Track parcels, reissue waybills and arrange redelivery at the counter.
Upsell contract upgrades, accessories or cover when it fits the customer.
Book repairs and warranty claims and give customers a reference number.
Take payments, balance your till and bank cash at close.
Update customer details and file signed forms for audit.

You'll need

Retail hours, including Saturdays, Sundays and month-end
You can stay polite with a long queue watching
Matric (Grade 12) certificate
Retail or customer service experience of at least a year
