Customer Service Consultant (Cellular Store) – Permanent

Customers bring their problems to your counter at a private clinic front desk in Sandton, and leave with answers. Someone who likes a bit of variety, but also likes doing things the right way, will enjoy this.

You'll be based at a private clinic front desk in Sandton. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps.

• Track parcels, reissue waybills and arrange redelivery at the counter.
• Log complaints and pass them to the store or branch manager.
• Upsell contract upgrades, accessories or cover when it fits the customer.
• Book repairs and warranty claims and give customers a reference number.
• Process returns, exchanges and credit notes under the Consumer Protection Act.
• Take payments, balance your till and bank cash at close.
• Update customer details and file signed forms for audit.

• Retail or customer service experience of at least a year
• Good on a computer and point-of-sale system
• Retail hours, including Saturdays, Sundays and month-end
• You can stay polite with a long queue watching
• Accurate with cash and paperwork
• Matric (Grade 12) certificate

• Speaking the main local language of your area
• A Customer Service NQF certificate

• Fixed roster published two weeks ahead

• Product training and certifications paid for
