Job Description

Numbers, names and codes cross your screen all day at this insurance back office in Ballito. Someone who likes a bit of variety, but also likes doing things the right way, will enjoy this.

You'll report in Ballito. Relocation is not covered for this one. Weekend work is on a roster, so you won't be on every weekend.

The work, day to day

Scan and index files so they can be found by reference number.
Check every captured record against the source document for errors.
Update client records when addresses or banking details change.
Capture claim forms, invoices or delivery notes onto the system.
Match proofs of delivery to invoices and flag shortages.

Must-haves

Comfortable with overtime at month-end
Six months of admin or capturing work, or a completed learnership
A matric pass, any subjects
You can concentrate on repetitive work for a full day
