Job Description

Tickets come in all day at this call centre campus in Fourways, and you close them. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

This post is in Fourways (Gauteng). Please only apply if you can travel there daily. Weekend work is on a roster, so you won't be on every weekend.

What your day looks like

Connect users remotely with a remote support tool to fix issues
Write short how-to guides for common user problems
Troubleshoot Outlook, Teams and OneDrive problems for users
Keep the asset register up to date when equipment moves
Escalate network and server faults to second or third line with good notes
Reset passwords and unlock accounts in Active Directory and Entra ID

Must-haves

Able to log clear, complete ticket notes
Working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 and Microsoft 365
Code B driver's licence and own car for field posts
Patient and friendly with non-technical users
Matric plus an IT qualification, such as CompTIA A+ or an IT diploma
At least 1 year of help desk or desktop support (not needed for intern posts)

Nice if you have

ITIL Foundation
CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft MD-102 certification
