Job Description

Get hands-on support experience at a hospital group in Rosslyn, from password resets to new laptop builds. You'll work with a small crew, so being easy to work with matters as much as skill.

You'll report in Rosslyn. Relocation is not covered for this one. Start is planned for the beginning of next month.

The work, day to day

Install and configure printers, scanners and docking stations
Troubleshoot Outlook, Teams and OneDrive problems for users
Reset passwords and unlock accounts in Active Directory and Entra ID
Visit branches or sites to fix issues that need hands on the machine
Replace faulty hardware and log warranty claims with suppliers

What you need

Patient and friendly with non-technical users
At least 1 year of help desk or desktop support (not needed for intern posts)
Able to log clear, complete ticket notes
Code B driver's licence and own car for field posts
