You'll plan the loads and watch the trucks for a bus and coach operator in Cape Town CBD, keeping every trip on time. You don't need to be the loudest person in the room, just the one others can count on.

• Check driver hours so nobody drives too long without rest

• Clear on the phone with drivers and customers
• Able to work shifts in a 24-hour control office

• Training on the fleet and tracking systems

• If you drove trucks before, say so. Controllers who know the road earn quick respect from drivers.
• Mention the tracking and Excel skills you have. Bring an example report if you are allowed to share one.
