Job Description

Cleaning, laundry and a hand with the kids: that is the week in a guesthouse with family quarters in Prospecton. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

This post is in Prospecton (KwaZulu-Natal). Please only apply if you can travel there daily.

What you'll actually do

Keep a list of cleaning supplies running low for the employer
Change bed linen and make beds
Water indoor plants and feed pets
Clean windows and patio doors once a week
Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living areas on a weekly rotation
Help an elderly person with meals, medication reminders and light walking

Must-haves

Good with children and patient
Willing to follow the family's house rules and routines
Able to handle a full-day physical routine
Able to speak and understand basic English
Trustworthy, with references from previous employers you can share

Helpful, not essential

A driver's licence for school lifts
Cooking experience with family meals
