Drainage Plumber (Blockages & CCTV)

This residential plumbing company in Centurion needs a plumber who arrives on time, fixes it properly and leaves the site clean. You'll work with a small crew, so being easy to work with matters as much as skill.

This post is Centurion-based, with most of your time spent at a residential plumbing company.

• Replace burst geysers and fit vacuum breakers, drip trays and pressure control valves to SANS 10254
• Fit toilets, basins, showers and mixers to the client's chosen finishes
• Install copper, PEX and PVC piping for new bathrooms and kitchens
• Service booster pumps, pressure tanks and water storage tanks
• Take photos and complete the insurer's claim report after each geyser job

• Plumbing trade test certificate or an Occupational Certificate: Plumber (NQF 4)
• Fit enough to lift a 150-litre geyser with a helper and work in tight roof spaces
• Working knowledge of SANS 10252-1 and SANS 10254
• PIRB registration as a Licensed Plumber, so you can issue plumbing CoCs
• Able to talk politely to home owners about damage and costs

• Heat pump and solar geyser installation experience
• Drain camera and high-pressure jetting experience
• SAQCC Gas registration for LPG installations

• Do not list every plumbing task you have ever done. Focus on geysers, drainage and CoCs, which is what these jobs pay for.
