Email & CRM Marketing Executive – Fixed-Term

You'll plan, post and measure campaigns for a private school group in Johannesburg CBD. Bring a calm head on busy days and you'll be fine.

You'll be based at a private school group in Johannesburg CBD. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps. The first two weeks are spent shadowing someone experienced.

• Design posts and short videos in Canva or Adobe tools.
• Build email campaigns and segment lists on a CRM such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.
• Write captions, blogs and product copy in a clear local voice.
• Handle opt-ins and unsubscribes so the lists stay POPIA compliant.
• Set up and tweak Google Ads and Meta ad campaigns within budget.
• Reply to comments and DMs, and pass sales enquiries to the right person.

• A portfolio of campaigns, posts or sites you worked on
• You can read a dashboard and explain what the numbers mean
• Hands-on with Meta Business Suite and Google Ads
• At least 2 years of hands-on social or digital marketing
• A diploma or degree in marketing, communications or digital media
• Comfortable juggling several deadlines in a week
