Job Description

A call centre campus in Sandton needs a calm tech who can help frustrated users get back to work. If you like clear targets and knowing where you stand, this is for you.

This post is Sandton-based, with most of your time spent at a call centre campus.

What your day looks like

Visit branches or sites to fix issues that need hands on the machine
Install and configure printers, scanners and docking stations
Connect users remotely with a remote support tool to fix issues
Log, prioritise and update tickets on the service desk system
Reset passwords and unlock accounts in Active Directory and Entra ID
Escalate network and server faults to second or third line with good notes

What you need

At least 1 year of help desk or desktop support (not needed for intern posts)
Code B driver's licence and own car for field posts
Able to log clear, complete ticket notes
Patient and friendly with non-technical users
