Job Description

Step up from guarding into supervising on a mining operation in Cape Town CBD. You'll work with a small crew, so being easy to work with matters as much as skill.

Home base is a mining operation on the Cape Town CBD side of Western Cape.

What you'll actually do

Investigate incidents and write reports for the client
Run on-site training on procedures and emergency drills
Plan the monthly roster to stay within legal working hours
Do surprise night visits to check posts
Check that PSIRA registrations of staff on site are current
Meet the client weekly on security concerns

You'll need

Firm with staff but fair and consistent
Valid Code 8 licence and willing to drive between sites
Available after hours for emergencies
Confident writer of incident reports and rosters
