Estate Security Supervisor

You'll run a shift of officers at a hospital complex in Epping, keeping posts covered and standards high. You'll work with a small crew, so being easy to work with matters as much as skill.

The work is in Epping, Western Cape, so you'll need a reliable way to get there every day.

• Inspect guards on post for uniform, alertness and OB entries
• Do surprise night visits to check posts
• Post officers when the shift changes over and cover no-shows
• Meet the client weekly on security concerns
• Check that PSIRA registrations of staff on site are current
• Plan the monthly roster to stay within legal working hours

• PSIRA Grade B (Grade A for area manager posts)
• Valid Code 8 licence and willing to drive between sites
• Matric, with a security management course a plus
• Confident writer of incident reports and rosters
