Estate Security Supervisor

You'll run a shift of officers at a residential estate in Mokopane, keeping posts covered and standards high. Good for someone who wants to build a solid track record they can put on their CV.

This post is Mokopane-based, with most of your time spent at a residential estate. You'll start with a short induction before working on your own.

• Order and issue uniform, radios and torches
• Handle discipline issues fairly and keep written records
• Check that PSIRA registrations of staff on site are current
• Meet the client weekly on security concerns
• Plan the monthly roster to stay within legal working hours
• Inspect guards on post for uniform, alertness and OB entries

• Firm with staff but fair and consistent
• Confident writer of incident reports and rosters
• Valid Code 8 licence and willing to drive between sites
• At least 3 years in security, including 1 as a supervisor

• Computer skills for rosters in Excel or a workforce app
• Mining or hospital security experience
• Labour relations or basic supervision course

• Company vehicle or car allowance on area roles
