Event Security Steward (Stadium) – Fixed-Term

Steady 12-hour shifts at a private school campus in Klerksdorp for PSIRA-registered officers. Bring a calm head on busy days and you'll be fine.

This post is Klerksdorp-based, with most of your time spent at a private school campus. There's a probation period of three months before the contract is confirmed.

• Patrol the perimeter on a set route and scan checkpoint tags
• Call the armed response or SAPS number from the call list when needed
• Keep the guardhouse clean and the OB up to date for the relieving officer
• Hand out and collect contractor access cards
• Search vehicles and bags leaving the site when company policy requires it
• Direct traffic and parking during school drop-off or big events
• Check visitors' IDs and capture them on the visitor app or in the gate register

• Alert, polite and firm with the public
• Able to work 12-hour day and night shifts, including weekends
• Clear, neat handwriting for the OB and registers
• Grade 10 minimum; matric preferred
• Clean criminal record
• Physically fit for foot patrols

• A Code 8 licence for vehicle patrols
• Experience on estate access apps or biometric readers

• Paid night-shift allowance under the security sector rules
• Stable long-term site contracts
• Chance to be upgraded to Grade B with training
