Job Description

Out on the road for a pet food manufacturer in Pretoria East, your car is your office and the store floor is your pitch. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

You'll be based at a pet food manufacturer in Pretoria East. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps.

What your day looks like

Set up promotional displays and check planogram compliance with photos.
Collect cash or EFT proof on van sales and bank daily.
Pack shelves, rotate stock and remove damaged or expired lines.
Open new accounts with taverns, spazas and independent retailers.
Track competitor pricing and new products in your area.
Visit 8 to 15 outlets a day on a planned call cycle.
Check shelf prices against the promo list and fix wrong tickets.

Must-haves

You can work to daily and monthly volume targets
Comfortable with a smartphone sales app and WhatsApp reporting
You know the townships, suburbs and main roads of your area
A valid Code 08 (Code B) driver's licence, for rep roles
Physically able to lift cases and pack shelves
Matric

Extra points for

Speaking two or more local languages
Your own reliable car for a car-allowance position
A sales or marketing certificate
