Job Description

This medical gap cover broker in Prospecton pays a basic plus commission, and your pipeline sets the ceiling. If you learn fast and don't mind being shown things twice, you'll settle in within a few weeks.

The work is in Prospecton, KwaZulu-Natal, so you'll need a reliable way to get there every day. You'll start with a short induction before working on your own.

What your day looks like

Track daily sales, conversions and lapse rates on the team board.
Capture new policies on the admin system and check debit order details.
Keep your record of advice complete for compliance audits.
Read the FAIS disclosures and record client consent on every call.
Treat clients fairly under TCF rules and never oversell.

What you need

Six months or more of sales, telesales or call centre work
Credits toward a recognised FSCA qualification, or willing to start
RE5 passed, or willing to write it within the first year
Honest selling, even when the easy sale is the wrong one
Matric, including Maths or Maths Literacy

Nice if you have

An existing client book (for field roles)
A qualification such as a Higher Certificate in Financial Planning
