Fleet Administrator (Licences and Services)

Get off the road and into the control office at a distribution depot in Somerset West. This role rewards consistency more than flash.

The site is in Somerset West; early starts mean public transport timing matters, so check your route before applying.

• Update customers on delivery times and delays
• Check driver hours so nobody drives too long without rest
• Compile daily reports on trips completed and late deliveries
• Keep a register of PrDP and licence expiry dates for all drivers
• Assign trucks and drivers to routes and track them on telematics

• Clear on the phone with drivers and customers
• At least 2 years in transport or logistics
• Able to work shifts in a 24-hour control office
• Knowledge of South African road freight regulations

• Experience on a vehicle telematics platform
• Previous truck driving experience
• Transport management system (TMS) experience

• Growth to transport manager
• Office-based work with a steady roster
• Training on the fleet and tracking systems
• Cellphone allowance for standby shifts
