Job Description

Hard, outdoor work on an eucalyptus plantation near Prospecton, with training on chainsaws and fire safety. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

This post is Prospecton-based, with most of your time spent at an eucalyptus plantation. Start date: as soon as possible for the right person.

What your day looks like

Apply herbicide around young trees as instructed
Sharpen and service chainsaws daily
Feed logs into sawmill machines and stack planks
Clear and maintain firebreaks during the dry season
Prune lower branches with pruning saws and ladders

You'll need

Valid ID
Passes the medical check for fire crews
Follows safety rules strictly around machines and fires
Able to work in a crew and follow the crew leader
