Job Description

This insurance branch in Benoni needs someone friendly who can fix account problems while the queue moves. Bring a calm head on busy days and you'll be fine.

This post is in Benoni (Gauteng). Please only apply if you can travel there daily. Start is planned for the beginning of next month.

What you'll actually do

Upsell contract upgrades, accessories or cover when it fits the customer.
Do SIM swaps and RICA registrations with proper ID checks.
Take payments, balance your till and bank cash at close.
Track parcels, reissue waybills and arrange redelivery at the counter.
Process returns, exchanges and credit notes under the Consumer Protection Act.
Update customer details and file signed forms for audit.

You'll need

You can stay polite with a long queue watching
Retail hours, including Saturdays, Sundays and month-end
Matric (Grade 12) certificate
Retail or customer service experience of at least a year
