Front-of-House Service Consultant (Clinic)

Customers bring their problems to your counter at a mall cellular store in Mogwase, and leave with answers. This role rewards consistency more than flash.

You'll be based at a mall cellular store in Mogwase. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps. There's a probation period of three months before the contract is confirmed.

• Process returns, exchanges and credit notes under the Consumer Protection Act.
• Track parcels, reissue waybills and arrange redelivery at the counter.
• Call customers when repairs or orders are ready to collect.
• Take payments, balance your till and bank cash at close.
• Log complaints and pass them to the store or branch manager.
• Greet customers, find out what they need and manage the queue ticket system.

• Retail hours, including Saturdays, Sundays and month-end
• Matric (Grade 12) certificate
• Retail or customer service experience of at least a year
• Presentable and approachable with all kinds of customers
• Good on a computer and point-of-sale system

• Medical scheme or insurance product knowledge
• RICA and cellular product knowledge
• Speaking the main local language of your area

• Dress as if you already work the counter when you drop off a CV or go for the interview.
• Apply close to home: stores prefer people who can reach the mall reliably for opening and closing shifts.
