Graduate Recruitment Coordinator – Immediate Start

Filling jobs well at an engineering consultancy in Stellenbosch takes hustle, judgment and honest feedback. Good for someone who wants to build a solid track record they can put on their CV.

You'll report in Stellenbosch. Relocation is not covered for this one. You'll start with a short induction before working on your own.

• Report on time-to-fill, pipeline and placement figures each week.
• Run group assessments for volume intakes of 30 to 100 people.
• Write clear, honest job ads and post them on job boards and LinkedIn.
• Book interviews, assessments and background checks.
• Take detailed job briefs from hiring managers and clients.
• Place temps on assignments and check timesheets under the Labour Relations Act rules for TES.
• Source candidates through search, referrals and your own database.

• Confident on the phone with candidates and managers
• A diploma or degree in HR or a related field, or strong agency experience
• At least 1 year of recruitment, sourcing or recruitment admin
• Comfortable with targets for agency roles

• Experience with psychometric or skills assessments
• Knowledge of employment equity targets when shortlisting

• Commission on placements for agency roles
• LinkedIn Recruiter licence provided
• Clear growth path to senior consultant or team manager
• Hybrid working
