Hotel Front Desk Agent (Rotating Shifts)

Running the front desk of a beach resort in Prospecton means calm service and a clean shift balance. This role rewards consistency more than flash.

You'll report in Prospecton. Relocation is not covered for this one. There's a probation period of three months before the contract is confirmed.

• Store guest details securely in line with POPIA.
• Answer booking emails and calls, and quote rates from the rate sheet.
• Handle complaints at the desk and log them for the duty manager.
• Check guests in and out on Opera or Protel, and scan IDs and passports.
• Manage OTA bookings coming in from online travel channels.
• Take card pre-authorisations and settle folios at checkout.
