Job Description

A family in Cape Town CBD wants someone they can trust with their family home and their children. If you turn up on time and finish what you start, you'll fit in quickly.

This post is Cape Town CBD-based, with most of your time spent at a family home. Start date: as soon as possible for the right person.

The work, day to day

Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living areas on a weekly rotation
Keep a list of cleaning supplies running low for the employer
Get children ready for school and supervise homework in the afternoon
Help an elderly person with meals, medication reminders and light walking
Prepare simple meals or school lunches when asked

What you need

Willing to follow the family's house rules and routines
Able to handle a full-day physical routine
Able to speak and understand basic English
South African ID or valid work permit

Extra points for

A driver's licence for school lifts
Basic first aid or child CPR course
Experience caring for an older person

What you get
