Job Description

Get hands-on support experience at a call centre campus in Pietermaritzburg, from password resets to new laptop builds. People who do well here are steady, honest and not scared to ask when something is unclear.

What your day looks like

Replace faulty hardware and log warranty claims with suppliers
Troubleshoot Outlook, Teams and OneDrive problems for users
Reset passwords and unlock accounts in Active Directory and Entra ID
Image, set up and hand over new laptops and desktops
Install and configure printers, scanners and docking stations
Escalate network and server faults to second or third line with good notes

What you need

Working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 and Microsoft 365
Able to log clear, complete ticket notes
Basic networking: IP addresses, DNS, DHCP and Wi-Fi
Matric plus an IT qualification, such as CompTIA A+ or an IT diploma
Patient and friendly with non-technical users
