Job Description

Get hands-on support experience at a call centre campus in Vanderbijlpark, from password resets to new laptop builds. If you learn fast and don't mind being shown things twice, you'll settle in within a few weeks.

The site is in Vanderbijlpark; early starts mean public transport timing matters, so check your route before applying.

What you'll actually do

Write short how-to guides for common user problems
Visit branches or sites to fix issues that need hands on the machine
Escalate network and server faults to second or third line with good notes
Replace faulty hardware and log warranty claims with suppliers
Reset passwords and unlock accounts in Active Directory and Entra ID
Keep the asset register up to date when equipment moves
Troubleshoot Outlook, Teams and OneDrive problems for users

You'll need

Code B driver's licence and own car for field posts
At least 1 year of help desk or desktop support (not needed for intern posts)
Patient and friendly with non-technical users
Basic networking: IP addresses, DNS, DHCP and Wi-Fi
