Key Account Merchandising Supervisor

You'll cover a route of stores around Brackenfell, selling in stock and fixing shelves as you go. Someone who likes a bit of variety, but also likes doing things the right way, will enjoy this.

This post is Brackenfell-based, with most of your time spent at a personal care brand. Shifts rotate, so you'll need to be flexible about days and nights.

• Track competitor pricing and new products in your area.
• Handle returns and credit claims for damaged stock.
• Set up promotional displays and check planogram compliance with photos.
• Open new accounts with taverns, spazas and independent retailers.
• Check shelf prices against the promo list and fix wrong tickets.
• Log kilometres and fuel slips for the monthly claim.

• You know the townships, suburbs and main roads of your area
• Good with people from store managers to tuck-shop owners
• Physically able to lift cases and pack shelves
• 1 to 3 years of FMCG, merchandising or route sales experience
• Comfortable with a smartphone sales app and WhatsApp reporting

• Speaking two or more local languages
• Existing relationships with independent retailers

• Cellphone and data allowance
• Company vehicle or car allowance plus petrol card
• Branded uniform and safety boots
