Key Account Merchandising Supervisor

Shelves sell the product, and at this dairy producer you'll keep them full, neat and priced right. Expect to be trusted with real work from your first week.

Location: Krugersdorp, Gauteng. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first. Most weeks are 45 hours, in line with the BCEA.

• Log kilometres and fuel slips for the monthly claim.
• Run in-store tastings and demos on month-end weekends.
• Pack shelves, rotate stock and remove damaged or expired lines.
• Open new accounts with taverns, spazas and independent retailers.
• Set up promotional displays and check planogram compliance with photos.

• Good with people from store managers to tuck-shop owners
• A valid Code 08 (Code B) driver's licence, for rep roles
• Physically able to lift cases and pack shelves
• Comfortable with a smartphone sales app and WhatsApp reporting

• Your own reliable car for a car-allowance position
• Existing relationships with independent retailers
• Speaking two or more local languages

• Monthly commission on volume and new accounts
• Branded uniform and safety boots
• Cellphone and data allowance

• Bring numbers: cases sold per month, new outlets opened or growth percentages on your route.
• Recruiters check your licence first, so attach a clear certified copy and note any clean driving record.
