You'll run your own files from instruction to judgment at a boutique labour law practice in Randburg. It suits someone who likes knowing exactly what a good day's work looks like.

Home base is a boutique labour law practice on the Randburg side of Gauteng.

• Supervise and train candidate attorneys and paralegals
• Brief counsel and prepare them for trial and opposed motions
• Record billable time and hit the monthly target
• Keep trust account instructions and fee notes accurate
• Manage a portfolio of litigation or advisory matters on your own

• Sound judgement under deadline pressure
• Right of appearance in the High Court for litigation posts
• Enrolled with the Legal Practice Council and holding a current Fidelity Fund certificate if you handle trust money
• Able to manage client relationships without a senior in the room

• LLM or postgraduate certificate in your specialist area
• Existing client following
• Experience on bank or insurer panels

• Medical aid and retirement fund

• Lead with your admission year, practice area and the courts or forums you appear in.
