Life Insurance Sales Advisor (Field) – Immediate Start

Selling financial products in Rosslyn means knowing the rules as well as the pitch. Expect to be trusted with real work from your first week.

Home base is a financial advice practice on the Rosslyn side of Gauteng.

• Track daily sales, conversions and lapse rates on the team board.
• Follow up on quotes sent and chase missing documents.
• Read the FAIS disclosures and record client consent on every call.
• Save policies when clients call to cancel.
• Keep your record of advice complete for compliance audits.
• Do a needs analysis and match the client to the right product.
• Call warm leads from the dialler and qualify them in the first minute.

• You are comfortable earning a large part of your pay in commission
• FAIS fit and proper: clean credit and criminal record
• Matric, including Maths or Maths Literacy
• Six months or more of sales, telesales or call centre work

• Completed class of business training for short-term or long-term insurance
• Your own car for field appointments

• Basic salary plus uncapped commission
• CPD hours logged and funded
• Monthly sales competitions with cash prizes
• RE5 exam fees and study material paid

• Check your credit record before you apply, because a judgment or default will stop your FAIS appointment.
