Life Insurance Sales Advisor (Field)

Selling financial products in Rustenburg means knowing the rules as well as the pitch. You don't need to be the loudest person in the room, just the one others can count on.

This post is in Rustenburg (North West). Please only apply if you can travel there daily. Hours are mostly Monday to Friday, with the odd Saturday in busy months.

• Call warm leads from the dialler and qualify them in the first minute.
• Follow up on quotes sent and chase missing documents.
• Read the FAIS disclosures and record client consent on every call.
• Track daily sales, conversions and lapse rates on the team board.
• Treat clients fairly under TCF rules and never oversell.
• Capture new policies on the admin system and check debit order details.

• RE5 passed, or willing to write it within the first year
• Six months or more of sales, telesales or call centre work
• Credits toward a recognised FSCA qualification, or willing to start
• You are comfortable earning a large part of your pay in commission
• FAIS fit and proper: clean credit and criminal record
• Matric, including Maths or Maths Literacy

• Monthly sales competitions with cash prizes
• RE5 exam fees and study material paid
• Basic salary plus uncapped commission

• If you have passed RE5, say so in your headline; it is the first filter in most financial sales ads.
