FMCG Sales Representative (Route Sales) – Fixed-Term

Out on the road for a hardware and paint supplier in Brits, your car is your office and the store floor is your pitch. Bring a calm head on busy days and you'll be fine.

The site is in Brits; early starts mean public transport timing matters, so check your route before applying. You'll start with a short induction before working on your own.

• Pack shelves, rotate stock and remove damaged or expired lines.
• Run in-store tastings and demos on month-end weekends.
• Collect cash or EFT proof on van sales and bank daily.
• Check shelf prices against the promo list and fix wrong tickets.
• Open new accounts with taverns, spazas and independent retailers.

• Matric
• A valid Code 08 (Code B) driver's licence, for rep roles
• Good with people from store managers to tuck-shop owners
• Comfortable with a smartphone sales app and WhatsApp reporting

• A sales or marketing certificate
• Speaking two or more local languages

• Branded uniform and safety boots
• Monthly commission on volume and new accounts
• Company vehicle or car allowance plus petrol card
• Cellphone and data allowance

• Bring numbers: cases sold per month, new outlets opened or growth percentages on your route.
