You'll be based at an university IT department in Kathu. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps. Start date: as soon as possible for the right person.

• Configure switches, VLANs, VPNs and firewall rules
• Work with ISPs on link faults and fibre installs
• Document network diagrams and change records
• Manage users, groups and conditional access in Entra ID
• Review security logs and investigate suspicious sign-ins
• Monitor servers, links and firewalls and act on alerts

• Clear change management and documentation habits
• At least 3 years in systems, network or cloud administration
• Willing to do standby and after-hours maintenance
• Degree or diploma in IT, plus relevant certifications
• Solid TCP/IP, routing, switching and firewall knowledge

• CCNA, Fortinet NSE or MikroTik certification
• Experience with SIEM tools such as Microsoft Sentinel or Wazuh

• Company laptop, phone and home internet allowance
