Job Description

You'll watch the screens and radios at a remote video monitoring centre in Prospecton, and send help the moment something is wrong. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

You'll be based at a remote video monitoring centre in Prospecton. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps.

What you'll actually do

Keep call-out times and client passwords up to date
Talk down intruders over on-site speakers when the system allows
Report camera faults and offline sites to the technicians
Pull and save video footage for incident investigations
Track stolen vehicles on the map and guide recovery teams

You'll need

Matric
No criminal convictions (vetting is done before you start)
Good memory for sites, streets and procedures
Able to stay focused through 12-hour day and night shifts
PSIRA registration, Grade C or higher
Computer literate and quick on a keyboard

Helpful, not essential

Speaking more than one local language
Call centre work in the past

On offer
