Job Description

Selling financial products in Pretoria West means knowing the rules as well as the pitch. If you like clear targets and knowing where you stand, this is for you.

You'll be based at a funeral cover call centre in Pretoria West. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps. You'll start with a short induction before working on your own.

What you'll actually do

Save policies when clients call to cancel.
Track daily sales, conversions and lapse rates on the team board.
Treat clients fairly under TCF rules and never oversell.
Keep your record of advice complete for compliance audits.
Read the FAIS disclosures and record client consent on every call.
Do a needs analysis and match the client to the right product.

You'll need

Honest selling, even when the easy sale is the wrong one
You are comfortable earning a large part of your pay in commission
RE5 passed, or willing to write it within the first year
Matric, including Maths or Maths Literacy
