Job Description

Passengers in Bloemfontein trust a school transport operator to get them there safely, and that trust is on your shoulders. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

The work, day to day

Count passengers and make sure nobody stands beyond the limit
Write the trip log with times, kilometres and fuel
Drive fixed routes and keep to the timetable
Give tourists a friendly welcome and help with luggage on charters
Pick up and drop off schoolchildren only at approved points

What you need

Valid PrDP for passengers (P)
Punctual for very early starts
Clean driving and criminal record
Valid Code 10 or Code 14 licence
At least 3 years of bus or taxi driving

Helpful, not essential

Fluent in more than one language
First-aid certificate
