Onsite IT Support Engineer (Corporate Office) – Experienced

Get hands-on support experience at a corporate head office in Fourways, from password resets to new laptop builds. Expect to be trusted with real work from your first week.

Home base is a corporate head office on the Fourways side of Gauteng. Most weeks are 45 hours, in line with the BCEA.

• Image, set up and hand over new laptops and desktops
• Troubleshoot Outlook, Teams and OneDrive problems for users
• Keep the asset register up to date when equipment moves
• Reset passwords and unlock accounts in Active Directory and Entra ID
• Replace faulty hardware and log warranty claims with suppliers
• Write short how-to guides for common user problems

• Code B driver's licence and own car for field posts
• Patient and friendly with non-technical users
• Matric plus an IT qualification, such as CompTIA A+ or an IT diploma
• Able to log clear, complete ticket notes

• Experience supporting point-of-sale or medical devices
• CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft MD-102 certification

• Travel allowance for field technicians
• Clear path to second-line and systems roles
