Job Description

You'll be the person who fixes it when laptops, printers and logins break at a call centre campus in Paarl. You don't need to be the loudest person in the room, just the one others can count on.

This post is in Paarl (Western Cape). Please only apply if you can travel there daily.

What you'll actually do

Reset passwords and unlock accounts in Active Directory and Entra ID
Image, set up and hand over new laptops and desktops
Connect users remotely with a remote support tool to fix issues
Troubleshoot Outlook, Teams and OneDrive problems for users
Write short how-to guides for common user problems
Visit branches or sites to fix issues that need hands on the machine
Escalate network and server faults to second or third line with good notes

You'll need

Patient and friendly with non-technical users
Basic networking: IP addresses, DNS, DHCP and Wi-Fi
Code B driver's licence and own car for field posts
Able to log clear, complete ticket notes

Helpful, not essential

CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft MD-102 certification
Experience supporting point-of-sale or medical devices
ITIL Foundation
