Pick it right, pack it neat, send it out: that's the job at an online grocery fulfilment hub in Randburg. You don't need to be the loudest person in the room, just the one others can count on.

You'll be based at an online grocery fulfilment hub in Randburg. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps. Most weeks are 45 hours, in line with the BCEA.

• Stack finished orders on pallets and stretch-wrap them tight
• Move pallets with a hand pallet jack to the dispatch lane
• Pack cartons, add fillers and seal them with tape guns
• Wear thermal gear and rotate in and out of freezer zones on schedule
• Unpack returned parcels and sort them into resell or write-off
• Pick orders from pick slips or a handheld scanner, bin by bin

• You can read product codes and count accurately
• Punctual, with reliable transport home after late shifts
• Willing to wear safety boots, a reflector vest and gloves
• Clean criminal record (most warehouses run a check)
• South African ID or a valid work permit

• Living within walking or taxi distance of the warehouse
• A valid forklift or reach truck certificate

• Permanent appointment for reliable temps after peak season
• Staff canteen with subsidised meals
• Overtime paid at time-and-a-half on weekdays
