Outbound Insurance Sales Agent (Commission Plus Basic)

Selling financial products in Mamelodi means knowing the rules as well as the pitch. Expect to be trusted with real work from your first week.

Home base is a personal loans branch on the Mamelodi side of Gauteng. Overtime comes up in peak season and is paid.

• Track daily sales, conversions and lapse rates on the team board.
• Treat clients fairly under TCF rules and never oversell.
• Visit clients at home or work for field advice appointments.
• Keep your record of advice complete for compliance audits.
• Read the FAIS disclosures and record client consent on every call.

• FAIS fit and proper: clean credit and criminal record
• Credits toward a recognised FSCA qualification, or willing to start
• Honest selling, even when the easy sale is the wrong one
• You are comfortable earning a large part of your pay in commission
• Six months or more of sales, telesales or call centre work
• Matric, including Maths or Maths Literacy

• A qualification such as a Higher Certificate in Financial Planning
• An existing client book (for field roles)
• Completed class of business training for short-term or long-term insurance

• Monthly sales competitions with cash prizes
• Medical aid and group life cover once permanent
• CPD hours logged and funded
• RE5 exam fees and study material paid

• Show commission history with real figures from payslips; interviewers trust numbers over claims.
