Job Description

Files, diaries and documents all run through you at a debt collection practice in Kempton Park. It's the kind of job where doing the basics well every day gets you noticed.

What you'll actually do

Prepare fee notes and draft invoices for review
Diarise court dates, prescription dates and filing deadlines
Handle incoming calls and give clients straightforward progress updates
Collate and index court bundles and discovery files
Prepare section 129 notices and default judgment applications
Type and format letters, notices and affidavits from dictation or drafts
Manage the attorney's diary and book consultations

What you need

Fast, accurate typing and strong Word formatting
Discreet with confidential client information
At least 2 years in a law firm or legal department
Understanding of court rules and deadlines
