Parts Salesperson (Aftermarket Spares) – Immediate Start

You'll be the link between customers and the workshop at the franchised car dealership in Krugersdorp. You don't need to be the loudest person in the room, just the one others can count on.

Home base is a franchised car dealership on the Krugersdorp side of Gauteng.

• Order stock and special parts, and follow up on back orders
• Load bookings in the dealer management system
• Book in vehicles, walk around with the customer and note existing damage
• Open job cards and explain the work and cost before it starts
• Pick, pack and issue parts to technicians against job cards
• Handle complaints calmly and find a fix with the workshop manager
• Phone customers with extra work found and get approval in writing

• Matric, plus a motor industry background
• Good working knowledge of car parts and basic vehicle systems
• Calm and polite with customers, even when they are upset
• Code 08 licence
• Accurate when capturing part numbers and prices

• Brand-specific warranty system training
• Some mechanical training or a trade background
• Experience in a customer satisfaction survey-driven dealership

• Paid brand training
• Commission on parts sales or workshop turnover
• Monthly CSI bonus for customer ratings
