Patrol Officer (Warehouse Perimeter) – Experienced

Steady 12-hour shifts at an industrial park in Mokopane for PSIRA-registered officers. People who do well here are steady, honest and not scared to ask when something is unclear.

This post is Mokopane-based, with most of your time spent at an industrial park. Most weeks are 45 hours, in line with the BCEA.

• Keep the guardhouse clean and the OB up to date for the relieving officer
• Write every incident and shift change in the occurrence book (OB)
• Check visitors' IDs and capture them on the visitor app or in the gate register
• Open and close boom gates for residents, deliveries and contractors
• Watch for loitering, broken fencing and open doors during night patrols

• Able to work 12-hour day and night shifts, including weekends
• Physically fit for foot patrols
• PSIRA registration at Grade C or higher, paid up to date
• Speaks and writes basic English

• Uniform, boots and winter jacket issued
• Chance to be upgraded to Grade B with training
